Your apartment is situated in a quiet area of the city but just 10 minutes walk from many sights and attractions; such as the beach, the port or the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès (Festival Hall and Conference Centre), the venue of the annual Cannes film festival. If you want to discover the city, as you walk along the seafront promenade to the Croisette, you can find bars, restaurants and shops in the area.
The apartment is quiet and ideal for your family holidays as well as relaxing.
It has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom equipped with a shower and a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare homemade meals. Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but you may do so from the balcony. In addition, if notified in advance, pets are allowed, there is an extra deposit of 200 €. A babysitter service is available for €12 per hour and €15 per hour from midnight, with a minimum charge of 4 hours.
